Activate your Rosa profile
Your Rosa profile is your personal web page where you can provide a little more information about yourself or your practice and, more importantly, where your patients can book appointments online (if you allow it).
We recommend to fill in as much information on your profile as possible. More information on why you can find here: 5 reasons to improve your Rosa Profile

Requirements to activate your profile
To be able to activate your profile:
your account must be verified by one of our employees. Is your account not yet verified? Please contact us at support@rosa.be
at least one calendar is associated with a Site that has a valid address (e.g., the address of your practice)
your account needs to be linked to an INAMI number (which automatically shows your specialty) or a specialty
Activate your personal profile
Click in Rosa Calendar on your name in the top right corner
Click on 'My public profile'
Select the profile with your name from the list
Click on “Activate profile” on the top right to activate it
Your public profile can now be found by your patients on Rosa's website (immediately) and in Google search results (this might take a while).
We recommend adding as much information to your profile as possible, especially a profile picture. We noticed that patients think a profile is inactive when no picture is shown.
Deactivate your personal profile
Go to your profile (this link only works if you are already logged into your Rosa account)
Click on “Hide profile” on the top right to deactivate it
Your public profile can not be found on Rosa now
Are you deactivating your profile because you don’t want people to book appointments online? Just turn of off option to book online in your motives instead and keep your profile active, so patients can find necessary information about you.
Activate your organizations' profile
Click in Rosa Calendar on your name in the top right corner
Click on 'My public profile'
Select the profile at the top of the list
Click on 'Activate profile' at the top right
Your public profile can now be found by your patients on Rosa's website and in Google search results (this might take a while).
Deactivate your organizations' profile
Click in Rosa Calendar on your name in the top right corner
Click on 'My public profile'
Select the profile at the top of the list
Click on “Hide profile” on the top right to activate it
The public profile of your organization can not be found on Rosa now
