Transfer patient files from patient management system

If you’ve been using a system to manage your patients, you might want to transfer that patient information to Rosa for an easier start. Below we’ll explain how that’s possible.

I’ve been using another system and want to transfer >100 patients

If you need to transfer more than 100 patients, we can help you with that. Ask your current system for a .CSV file of the patient information.

Once we receive the file(s) from you, we’ll need at least 1 day to process the data.

We import data on Friday’s.

You can deliver the file to us in a safe way by using https://send.tresorit.com/. You can sent the download link to support@rosa.be. Please deliver the file to us Wednesday evening the latest if you want your data to be imported on Friday.

I’ve been using another system and want to transfer <100 patients

As importing patient information takes a lot of time for us, we ask you to transfer the patient information yourself if less than 100 patients need to be transferred.
